AEA has run hundreds of different reports for building analysis, improvment recommendations, Energy Star certification, Tax Credit certification, special State rebate programs, HERS ratings, and the list goes on and on.  AEA perfers to only give you what you need for your objectives.  If your objective is to understand your energy profile and improve homes performance, then your package of reports will be relatively smaller.  If you are a builder and need compliance reports to access Federal and State Tax Credits, your package of reports will be different.  If you you are a real-estate agent and see the value of selling property that is greener and has a better MPG rate, then HERS rating will be part of your package.
